Question App window contents are not scaling properly in Ubuntu 23.04

[Fixed after upgrading to Ubuntu 23.10 {Actually, Xorg was the problem all along}]

So far I have only tried Steam and Tibia, and the contents of the windows aren't scaling properly when I resize them.
I don't know what's causing this to happen, but it only started after upgrading to 23.04.
Now Steam and Tibia are too small.

    (EDIT):

-Minecraft Launcher also is too small
    -AssaultCube is also too small
    -Phoenicis is also too small
    -Lutris doesn't start
    -Red Eclipse spazzing out
    -libresprite doesn't scale

Even the snap version of steam doesn't work.
It's a literal headache to navigate these apps.

    (Update!)

After upgrading to Ubuntu 23.10, Steam is fixed. I will check the other applications.

    -Tibia works!
    -And the official Minecraft Launcher!
    -AssaultCube is fixed
    -Phoenicis is fixed
    -Lutris starts
-Red Eclipse has stopped glitching out
    -LibreSprite is also fixed

Seems like upgrading to 23.10 fixed everything!

This is a real problem for me, as I can barely see anything in these apps.

Wow! Maybe It was an Xorg issue all along! I really should have tried switching back to wayland. Window capture doesn't work properly in wayland though.
